God's Mega Event: A Christmas Prophecy

We have spent a good deal of time this week and last addressing the abortion issue. Today’s post is a general word from Holy Spirit through my brother, Tim Sheets and connected to the first Christmas. It is powerful and VERY encouraging. You are going to want all of your friends to hear this word! Share it, please. Tim says:

“Recently, I asked Holy Spirit for fresh revelation and insight concerning this Christmas season. He very clearly responded to me saying, ‘Prophesy from Luke’s writings on the birth of Jesus Christ. Prophesy it into your times.’

“In the first chapter of Luke we read that a supernatural mega event, planned by the Godhead in heaven, had come to its appointed moment. The Christmas narrative gives us the miraculous story of Christ’s birth and it also prophesies into our times. It explains the powerful creative abilities of Almighty God that can come from the spirit realm into the natural realm and change everything. This incredible story explains how the master plan of the Godhead began to be implemented on the earth under Holy Spirit’s supervision and also with the angel armies.

“Woven throughout the story, we see how the prophetic promises that had been given for thousands of years all had to align supernaturally. The characters that were to be part of this awesome event had to be born at the right time and grow into their moment. The story reveals that hell cannot stop any purpose of God coming onto the earth. It also shows that Lucifer and his kingdom have no clear understanding of what the Godhead is planning. It proclaims that while hell’s kingdom is real, it is inferior in every way, shape and form to the Kingdom of Almighty God. And it reveals how the supernatural impacts and invades the natural realm.

“During this time of history, the soul of Israel was suppressed and there was a shroud of hopelessness throughout the land. However, God had been planning a mega event. He was planning for massive change on earth, and this is what He says is going to happen again. The miraculous birth of Jesus shows it was time for the kingship of Jesus to be introduced in a new way. It was time for a living, ever-expanding Kingdom to be revealed. The moment had come for God to be with us and for Holy Spirit to live inside of us. Holy Spirit’s hovering and overshadowing would cause new, seemingly impossible things to spring forth. He birthed something in a teenage girl that would change the world, and a few years later birthed new things in the younger generation through the disciples. We also see the older generation giving birth to the new through Zachariah and Elizabeth. Every generation was included in this mega event.

“As I prayed about this, I received a prophetic download. Hear the ‘wind words’ of Holy Spirit penetrating our times and activating power to shift a nation.

“‘For you have come to an appointed time, says the Lord of hosts. Another supernatural mega event has been planned by heaven for you. It is accelerating into the earth realm. Lucifer, his kingdom, and rulers of darkness will not stop it. You will see My kingship manifest upon the earth in new ways. New levels of reigning power will now reach into the governments of nations. Dictators, oligarchs, hierarchies and family dynasties that run with the camp of Beelzebub, and those who run demon errands will be confronted and stopped by My power. It will rise exponentially in new places, new ways and through new and renewed sons and daughters of all generations. I am releasing new mantles for new times. New anointings reserved for this era are now being poured from heaven as My supply river flows from My throne through all Ekklesias and into all of the earth.

“‘This new flow of Holy Spirit will cause the expansion of My Kingdom in ways and displays never before seen. Indeed, says the Lord, the mind of man captured and bound by reason will be blown. For it will be seen that I cannot be confined by reason or science. I cannot be confined by man’s laws or wisdom. I cannot be confined by the language of fools. I cannot be confined by your capitols, congresses or parliaments. I cannot be confined by your religions. None on earth or in the universe can confine Me. I will break out against all confinement. The shattering of confinement has begun, says the Lord.

“‘Yes indeed, I have a surprise for you. I have a new event planned for you. I have a new pentecost planned for you. My Ekklesia will see the breaking off of confinement and function in new anointings of Holy Spirit. For I have remembered My word through the prophet Joel. It is part of My supernatural mega event. I am pouring out My Spirit on all flesh, the young and old together. I have given visions to My young men by the multiplied thousands. They will now run with Me, sounding forth awakening. I have put My prophetic words in the heart of My handmaidens. Like Mary, they are highly favored and will prophesy. Prophetic declarations have been put in their heart by My Holy Spirit. They will speak My words into the nations.

‘“The babes, the teens, the male, the female will all participate in My outpouring. My older, seasoned generations are dreaming again, says the Lord. I am giving them new dreams and I am activating their old dreams. I am anointing their dreams to break forth from confinement. Those called ‘barren’ will now produce, says the Lord of hosts. My Zachariahs and Elizabeths will give birth to their dreams. They will sing with exuberance. Holy Spirit’s hovering, flowing, overshadowing presence will now birth new things. They will spring forth.

“‘I will do exactly what I promised. Through My Ekklesia, I will fulfill My prophetic unction released through My handmaiden in Galilee. Mercy will flow in wave after wave. There will be new births and new birthings. I will bare My arm and show My strength to this world. I will scatter the bluffing braggarts. I will knock tyrants off their high horses. I will pull victims out of the mud. I will sit the starving down to a banquet. I will remember and embrace My chosen ones, piling on favoring mercy, doing exactly what I told them I would do. I will be God with you. I will move more and more into the earth realm manifesting Myself among My people, producing change all over the world. Change is coming.’”

Pray with me:

Lord, we receive Your prophetic utterance. Be it unto us exactly as You said. Be it unto us according to Your Word. We are entering into a time that has been planned by You. Accelerate into this world. Manifest in this nation. Pour out Your Spirit on all flesh. Give us new visions and new dreams. Break off any confinement.

Confirm Your Word with signs, wonders and miracles. Let new anointing pour from heaven as Your supply river flows from Your throne through Your Ekklesias. We declare the barren will now produce! Activate Your angel armies and release revelation, understanding and enlightenment to Your sons and daughters. Let the spirit realm move into the natural realm and begin to change things. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

Our Decree:

We are moving into a supernatural mega event, planned by God, that will change this nation and the entire world.

Boots on the Ground

 Holy Spirit has been taking me back to the book of Joshua. In this book God changed the time and season, telling Joshua, “The wilderness season is over, now you are going in to possess the land.” This is where we are in America. It is time to possess the land spiritually, through revival - a Third Great Awakening (Mark 16:15-18). This will enable us to change things in the natural sense: laws, morality, government, education, the courts, etc., which is reformation (Matthew 28:18-20). We will never have the strength and momentum needed to reform without a genuine revival or awakening.

God is clearly speaking to His people about praying, which is always the initial step, as well as releasing other strategies. It is important when we hear words, dreams, and messages that we act on them. They are not simply to encourage us; they are to give us direction and strategy. I certainly receive them as strategy and as I feel instructed by Holy Spirit, do what they show me to do.

Others are doing the same. I prayed for a group of ladies a couple of months back who were going on a prayer journey to Red River Meeting House and, if my memory serves me correctly, on to Cane Ridge. They were doing so in response to Gina Gholston’s dream of the Red River Meeting House. They designed the t-shirt I’m wearing today and gave me one. These teams are serious!

Some of the most life-changing experiences I’ve had with God have come on prayer journeys. I’ve been on many, sometimes alone, other times part of a team. We can always pray wherever we are - just as we do daily on this post - but at times, God needs boots on the ground, decrees released directly into the atmosphere, or a prophetic act of obedience onsite.

In yesterday‘s post, I mentioned four ladies who are traveling along I-40 and other key places on a prayer tour, based on a series of dreams regarding this interstate. In the dreams, I-40 symbolizes Isaiah 40, yet it is clear that some of the details are to be taken literally. Praying along this interstate - from the east coast of our nation all the way to the west coast - is intended to be a prophetic act that releases the power and fire of God into America. It is incredibly inspiring to hear what these ladies, 94, 84, 71, and 69 years of age, are doing.

Yesterday, I shared a short report from them. Today, I want to share a longer account of their prayers the past couple of days:

“We left Nashville, TN, and drove to Morganton, NC. Along the way, declarations and decrees were made at the leading of Holy Spirit.

“As we left Nashville, TN, we decreed that fire is falling across this nation, that the wells of revival are overflowing; and that the breath of God and the anointing of Holy Spirit are flowing all across the land, bringing in a huge harvest as men realize their need for God.

“From Nashville, TN, to Knoxville, TN, we decreed and declared the altars of Baal - drug addiction, pornography, sex trafficking, and child abuse are brought down.

“Between Knoxville, TN, and Ashville, NC, we decreed that businesses are delivered from illogical mandates and restrictions. We bound the spirit of fear and declared people once again will desire to work.

“We declared over North Carolina that awakening is now, pornography is broken, and churches are standing up for the righteousness of God. We decreed that pastors and church leaders are awakened and on fire to feed their sheep God's truth; that pastors who refuse to do this are removed. We declared that the ekklesia is rising up and taking authority, that racism is broken and that God is pouring out His Spirit over this region. God is cleansing this territory from its old ways to resurrection life in Jesus.

“God's power is falling in Ashville, NC, pulpits as they are filled with fresh anointing and fire. We declared, ‘Dry bones, come alive… old wineskins are left behind as new wineskins replace them…and that God's Word accomplishes His purposes as He watches over His Word to perform it.’

“We are so tired of this junk that is going on; we want to help God do His work. And because we want God to succeed, we will do exactly what we hear Him speak. Like Dutch was saying the other night, ‘see and say.’ We see with our hearts and say what He tells us to say. I guess we want to imitate our Father.”

Incredible!

This is what it means to put feet to our prayers. I wish we had 100 teams doing this. And even though some of you cannot do so because of jobs or family, you can pray as you drive through your cities. You can pray on the way to work, in route to the grocery store, when dropping your kids off at school. Let’s be doers of the words He gives us.

Again, I know many of you ARE doing this. And I want you to know, “It still works!” Every Spirit-led prayer and decree will bring forth fruit. They will not return to Him void, but will accomplish what He intends (Isaiah 55:11). The literal, most accurate translation of Luke 1:37 is: “For no word spoken by God is without power.” When He gives you a prayer or decree to release it is filled with his power. Let’s persevere and take back this land for Him!

Thank You, Holy Spirit for the dreams and strategies You are bringing forth. It is our joy to partner with You. In Isaiah 40, You prophesied of John’s forerunning ministry, preparing the way for Messiah to come. You have used this passage once again to say to us today, “Prepare the way, through your prayers and decrees, for Messiah-King Jesus to come to your nation again. We are doing this.

Thousands of us are agreeing in prayer today for Your guidance and protection to Jean, Francis, Violet, Mary, and all the others carrying out assignments such as this. Whether they are praying while walking across our nation, driving across, walking their neighborhood, or driving across town, we undergird them with prayer. We ask You to strengthen them and make their prayers a mighty sword in the spirit.

We all decree now, “Strongholds in America, come down! Demonic influence, be removed! Fire of God, fall! Church, be awakened! Unbelievers, be saved! Evil in government and education, be exposed and removed! Young generation, receive the greatest revival planet earth has ever experienced! Prodigals, come back to Father!"

In Christ’s name, so be it!

Our decree:

We decree that all of these requests and prayers are authorized by King Jesus, empowered by Holy Spirit, and enforced by angels.

The Power of the Name of Jesus

THE POWER OF THE NAME OF JESUS IS GOING TO BE SEEN IN GREATER WAYS THAN WE HAVE EVER SEEN BEFORE

Over a number of months the Lord has been speaking to me about the POWER OF HIS NAMES. I have been encountering the heart of God in a deep way where He is speaking deeply about the power of His names being manifested in this season like we have never seen before.

Healer, Provider, Deliverer, Rescuer, Promise Keeper, God of Breakthrough and many, many more. The Lord is speaking powerfully in this hour about faith and He is drawing His people as they lean into Him, into a deeper realm of faith than we have walked in before and it is rooted in His nature, His names, and His Word.

Miracles are manifesting on a level we have not seen before and what we are now seeing is just a small drop in the ocean compared to the wave of His power that we are about to encounter. The Lord is wanting to encourage His people that He is not confined to ‘natural circumstances’, He is the God who makes the IMPOSSIBLE, POSSIBLE. His Word does not return void to Him (Isaiah 55:11) and He is building an army of lovers of Jesus who live not by what they see in the natural (2 Corinthians 5:7), they live at His feet, eyes locked with His and from their seat (Ephesians 2:6).

Two years ago I had an encounter with the Lord and He spoke “Lana, I am going to bring My people into a new era where they will see the power of the name of Jesus in the most explosive ways than they have ever seen before”

I believe we are here now.

God is wooing you, He is wooing His people, deeper into His Word, deeper into knowing His character, His heart and His names, because we are about to encounter a wave of His power in an unprecedented way that will awaken the Church in even greater ways to the POWER of the name of Jesus.

There is NO name greater than the name of Jesus. The name above every other name. God is wanting to release hope to you today. Miracles are going to manifest in unprecedented ways in this hour as you put your faith in JESUS and as you put your faith in the name above every other name, JESUS!

“Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name” – Philippians 2:9 (ESV)

Many are having their hearts healed, their faith restored, delivered from trauma, disappointment, grief, regret, hope deferred as they begin to see the POWER of the name of Jesus manifested in their lives.

God is bringing His people back to the foundational place of “Nothing but Jesus”. Many have been like the woman with the issue of blood, they have ‘tried’ everything, and nothing has worked, and they are now pushing through the ‘crowd of impossibility’ to the hem of His garment where they will see the power of Jesus bring healing, bring deliverance, bring freedom, bring breakthrough.

A mighty realignment of focus is taking place in the body of Christ that is bringing hearts, eyes and a ferocious focus BACK upon Jesus, and the revelation of His nature and POWER of His name. A deep repentance is taking place within many hearts for placing faith in things above Jesus and the power of His name.

The Lord is bringing His people back to the first love, Jesus. He is bringing such a deep awakening to the Church of who He is. There is no need to fear, there is no need to run, there is no need to hide, Jesus is with you.

The glorious awakening to a deeper revelation of Jesus is bursting forth. It is causing a deep groaning of travail within many to know Him in a way they have never known Him before. There is a falling away of all other ‘loves’, there is a shedding of all things that would hinder the place of intimacy with Him and a fire blazing within the hearts of many to run after Him like never before.

Jesus is revealing who He is in magnificent ways in this hour and many are stepping into life again as they are seeing the Lord do what He said He would do.

I see a remnant all over the world falling on their faces with deep groaning sobs of love and burning adoration for Jesus as they see the POWER of His name manifest miracles, miraculous turnaround and the fulfilment of what He has spoken in and through their lives. The burning desire within them, as they see Him move in power and CRUSH the IMPOSSIBILITIES in their lives in the power of His Spirit and in His name, are raising them up into a new level of faith to BELIEVE what He has spoken and live in a place of supernatural peace, authority and boldness because they are burning again with the revelation of who He is.

The enemy has taunted many for so long that the Lord would not come through, He would not do what He said He would do, that they would have to get used to living with impossibility, and NOW the POWER of the name of Jesus is being manifested into their lives that is raising up a burning conviction and roar of faith within them that heralds “THERE IS NO OTHER NAME GREATER THAN THE NAME OF JESUS”

We have entered a time in history where the greatest demonstration of the power of the name of Jesus is going to be seen ALL over the earth, the name of Jesus our mighty victor. The company of burning ones, burning hearts with first love fire, not chasing signs, wonders and miracles, but chasing Jesus, and seeing the power of His name trump all other names.

The earth will shake under the power of the name of Jesus, this being the era where it will be heralded from the heavens that JESUS CHRIST IS KING, JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!

"A Gift You Will Not Forget"

 We've been praying, and believing, and waiting for this. 

"Fear, fire, foes! Awake!"

I don't suppose that it escaped your notice that the weather has been worse, these past few years. Heat waves, record cold snaps and blizzards, unusual amounts of precipitation, droughts, flooding, and earthquakes in many places.

^1-2 Jesus then left the Temple. As he walked away, his disciples pointed out how very impressive the Temple architecture was. Jesus said, "You're not impressed by all this sheer size, are you? The truth of the matter is that there's not a stone in that building that is not going to end up in a pile of rubble."
 ³Later as he was sitting on Mount Olives, his disciples approached and asked him, "Tell us, when are these things going to happen? What will be the sign of your coming, that the time's up?"
 ^4-8Jesus said, "Watch out for doomsday deceivers. Many leaders are going to show up with forged identities*, claiming, 'I am Christ, the Messiah.' They will deceive a lot of people. When reports come in of wars and rumored wars, keep your head and don't panic. This is routine history; this is no sign of the end. Nation will fight nation and ruler fight ruler**, over and over. Famines and earthquakes will occur in various places. This is nothing compared to what is coming.
 ^9-10"They are going to throw you to the wolves and kill you, everyone hating you because you carry my name. And then, going from bad to worse, it will be dog-eat-dog, everyone at each other's throat, everyone hating each other.
 ^11-12"In the confusion, lying preachers will come forward and deceive a lot of people. For many others, the overwhelming spread of evil will do them in—nothing left of their love but a mound of ashes.
 ^13-14"Staying with it—that's what God requires. Stay with it to the end. You won't be sorry, and you'll be saved. All during this time, the good news—the Message of the kingdom—will be preached all over the world, a witness staked out in every country. And then the end will come.

(Matthew 24)

People, being who and what they are, tend to focus on bad news. They sensationalize it, dwell on it, and generally work themselves into frenzies over it. But you knew that.

I don't often talk about end time prophecies, and by that I mean the prophetic passages - such as the one above - in the Bible. Yes, it's part of God's Word, but ... see the previous paragraph. However, if reading the verses above makes you uneasy or depressed, then may I suggest that you've missed the point?

Sure, things are bad, and it seems they will get much worse. Jesus told his followers that all these things would happen, but they were not to worry about it. 

Look again at verses 13-14. "You won't be sorry, and you'll be saved."  I'd rather focus on that ... and so should you.

"The Lord is with you while you are with Him. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you." (II Chronicles 15:2)

* Birth certificates? I'm just asking.

** The original language of the New Testament (Greek) uses the word ethnos, meaning "ethnic group against ethnic group". Middle East, anyone?
