I Thought I Was Busy Before

This is an apology to readers for my light-to-nonexistent posting of late.

Many things going on, with tenants moving out and/or retiring, and compounded by a death. Very tragic, and the staff is devastated.

Meanwhile, things to go and people to do ... or something like that.

Now That I Have Interwebz Again ...

Arrived at work at the usual time (06:20) but didn't have internet until 10:15. Lovely stuff, trying to determine which of three modems, five routers or two switches was the culprit. Did I mention they're spread over two floors of the building?

Oh well, it's going now; that's all that matters.

We had a dusting of snow this morning, and at 5 am, the weatherman was predicting 1" to 3" today. Last time I looked out, it wasn't doing anything. But yesterday's 40 degrees sounds pretty good about now.

A few more tasks remain, at home. My new office suite:

will first resemble this:

and will have to be assembled. At some point this weekend, I need to prepare our taxes, too.

Not enough hours in the day, sometimes.
