Nothing Yet

(Anchorage, AK) The snowline hasn't descended into town yet; locals getting twitchy.

You know you're an Alaskan when you not only look forward to snow, you complain when it doesn't come when you think it should.

You just described the life of most teachers in northern states. I know I kept a weather eye wide open from November through March (and sometimes April) and cussed the weathermen when the expected 6" turned out to me a mere 1 or 2.
