Did all my running in under an hour: stopped at the bank, filled the truck's tank, mailed a letter, went to Sam's Club and then Sportsman's Warehouse.
The price of gas at the local station was $4.19 yesterday, but is back down to $4.15 this morning. I'm guessing buyers saturated that place with their absence, and the owners aren't stupid ... just caught between a rock (high price paid to the refiner/hauler) and a hard place (price too high for consumers to stomach).
There are stations on the north side of town which have prices about a nickel cheaper, but it's not worth driving 10 miles (and using most of a gallon of gas) to save fifty cents.
I purchased a bi-pod for my rifle; trying to find a shooting rest that's 'just right' at the Wet Bunny Range has been problematic. That shouldn't be a problem, from now on. I believe I'll stop in there tomorrow when they open & give the new accessory a chance to earn its spendy price.
Now I need to hook up the wi-fi USB attachment for my blu-ray system & check for updates, if I can remember how. Let's see: owner's manual, card with the password for my wireless router, antenna ... should be good to go.
All y'all have a great day.
