No remaining errands to run, or meetings to complete, that is. It's been a long and busy day, and now it's time to rest.
I had a very pleasant get-together with a frequent conversational companion and her new friend this afternoon, and found that he & I have much in common. That's always a good thing.
But now that dinner has been consumed, it falls to me to select the evening's entertainment. We have a rather large DVD/Blu-Ray collection (winters are quite long here; without lots of movies to watch, we'd go buggy) and I'm guessing I'll find something we haven't already seen several times.
The sun is still shining (also a good thing) and it's still four hours until sunset, so it makes an evening at home even more enjoyable.
Having said this, I shall go ... and enjoy.
Psalm 22:27-28: “All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. For the kingdom is the Lord's, and he ruleth among the nations.”
