Good morning. It's 46 degrees with a high, thin overcast and looks like it will be a nice day. Weather Underground disagrees, calling for an 80% chance of rain today, and 100% chance tonight and tomorrow.
I don't care. I'll shoot from under the covered firing line at the Wet Bunny range if needed, but my rifle is calling to me. I haven't had it out all summer (my own fault) and it's time for some recoil therapy.
Take a moment to remember the families of the 31 Americans shot down in Afghanistan while we slept, and thank God for the brave men and women who continue to voluntarily serve.
