It's National Food Day

Today is Food Day, put together by an activist group that specializes in guilt trips, the Center for Science in the Public Interest.
So eat whatever you want!

However, for any namby-pamby nanny-statists who might trip over this post: do so with full recognition that what's on your fork* is your responsibility.  It's not McDonalds' fault that you super-sized your posterior by eating all those quarter-pounders & fries. Unless you've got video of a burger-flipper holding a gun to your head, shut it.

Do what you want, ignore the paid (cough) "scientists" (cough, paid shills, cough) and deal with it.

* Fork, spoon, spfork, knife, or implement of your choice. Remember choice?  It's all about choice. Kind of my point, there.

I started celebrating early I guess. I had a berry cobbler over the weekend and a steak on Sunday evening and taco bell today for lunch.
