Information from the National Center for Data Climate (part of NOAA) proves that the mean temp for the 48 contiguous U.S. states has been declining since 1996.

Snicker - I'm old enough to remember the "We're going into an ice age" stuff. The earth just keeps rolling along, getting far less hysterical about changes than its human occupants do.
