Chef's At It Again

Younger Daughter is going to the bake shop's Christmas breakfast today, done pot-luck style. Modifying a recipe from Brigid's site, she made apricot scones with a rum-reduction glaze.

WOW are they good! Soft, plump, chewy and delicious with coffee or tea ... did I mention WOW?

Now it seems she made too many, and is leaving some home for us to munch on. DARN the bad luck!
