Right now it's 10 degrees & snowing moderately hard. There's a winter weather advisory until 9 am tomorrow, calling for an additional 6" to 12"*. My wife has done all the shopping she needed to do, and I got the truck inspected, plates renewed, and replaced the alternator on said vehicle. We're done going outside.
Just finished a pot of coffee, wife has a pot of chili simmering for the morrow and is working on a batch of sweet rice for dinner.
Older daughter wanted to spend time behind the wheel today, but it's not a fit day out for little cars and student drivers: poor visibility from the falling & swirling snow, slick roads, and a number of accidents. We're all staying in, today.

*this will put us right at 7 feet of snow since the beginning of November, on pace to set another record. Al Gore must be here somewhere.
