It's a duel between Mitch Seavey and Aliy Zirkle; none of the other front-runners have left White Mountain. The
winner should arrive in Nome between 11:30pm and 12:30am (Alaska time).
In the previous leg, going into White Mountain, Aliy's time was considerably faster than Mitch's. We might well have the first female champion since Susan Butcher's last win in 1990.
