I have that feature disabled in Settings.
It's there anyway.
Try ignoring it, and just submit your comments; I think they'll come through just fine.

I hate it.
Captcha does have one good use though. When people start complaining about it you can always tell the fair minded from the panderers when they turn it off.

I accept that it's a valid anti-spam device. Still dislike it, though.
