Saturday in the A.M.

The day dawned sunny and bright at 4 a.m.  Well, as bright as it gets this far north, anyway. Nary a cloud in the sky, prior to an hour ago. Now the weatherman guesses it will be partly cloudy most of the day. The clouds should clear away by 6 p.m. though, and it'll then be light until sunset at midnight.

My wife's heading out to do the weekly shopping. I usually go with her, but have an appointment with the ophthalmologist at 10.

Afterward, we're going to go exploring, i.e., take a drive down the highway and visit every single side road along the way. Ya never know what you might see.

There was a moose standing alongside the highway yesterday afternoon, cars speeding by as it calmly munched on leaves.

So I'll have my camera handy; the good one, and not just an iThing.
