Dutch Harbor/Unalaska Struggles With ... Tourism?

Smaller cruise ships have begun stopping at Dutch Harbor, 800 miles southwest of Anchorage in the Aleutian Islands.

Really?

Okay, then. The town struggles with how to accommodate tourists where they've never had any before.

I understand their problem.

If they want to stay rugged; they need to limit the number of ships as well as size of ships.

Hard to know what is right.

You’re right: it’s ultimately up to them. Any resultant problems are self-imposed.

Exactly so.

And any number of Alaska "reality" shows.
I can think of at least 4 besides Deadliest Catch; but it is the most widely known for sure.

I know that was the first thing I thought of.
