Psalm 22:27-28: “All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. For the kingdom is the Lord's, and he ruleth among the nations.”
The Old Men thinking they are young men is real. The amount of folks I know that seem to be continuing injuring themselves in Highland Games in the late 40's and 50's is stunning. Realizing that in some ways your best physical days are behind you and that adapting to the new reality of lesser strength and longer recovery times is difficult. You can still be strong and lift heavy, but you need to be a lot more careful and allow your body to rest.
