Some of You Already Know

and some will learn of it here: I had a heart attack on March 29, and spent a couple of weeks in ICU and Cardiac Recovery.

I've lost 45+ pounds since then, and will have a few stents inserted this Friday, the 23rd. After that, I should be more-or-less back to normal ... for varying definitions of "normal", of course.

Your prayers for a quick recovery and divine guidance of the doctors' hands would be appreciated.

Rev Paul, so glad you are around to share the story. Prayers for all involved. Take care in your recovery.

My own cardiac arrest was 2019 and I am healthier and more active than I have been since college decades ago. There's lots of hope ahead! May you have a long and healthy life.

Cheers!

Thank you, David; nice to hear from you. I'm glad you're still around, too. I'm looking forward to hitting the treadmill as soon as the doctor says I can.
