Incumbent Lisa Murkowski has conceded to challenger Joe Miller in the Republican primary for U.S. Senate.
She was unable to gain enough absentee ballots to reverse last Tuesday's lead; Joe Miller will now face Sitka mayor, Scott McAdams, in the general election.

HOORAY! I am absolutely shocked that this did not drag on! Maybe it was the response from the Libertarians up there :)
