Overheard at the Store

I overheard a conversation between a mom and her young son, the other day.

"So how was your first day of school?"

"I met new kids, and we had a lot of fun!"

"Do you remember that you didn't want to go in? You were so upset! But then you went in, and it wasn't so bad, was it?"

"Yeah, it was great! So, uhh, what are we going to do tomorrow?"

"You go back for your second day."

There was a long silence ... 

"But Mom, I already went."
