What are you waiting for?
Everything that Jesus did for you - everything that He wants you to accomplish in this life - was ordained and completed 2,000 years ago, on the cross.
I know this won't apply to all, but many of you believe that He has placed a calling on your life. Have you asked Him when to start? Maybe it's later, but what if it's now? Do you know for sure?
It doesn't take any faith to stand in the back of the crowd, waiting. Faith is getting out on the edge, so far out that you'll fall if He doesn't catch you. Faith isn't believing that He can; it's believing that He will.
Ask Him what He wants you to do, and when He wants you to start. Take a step of faith and see what happens. After all, Peter didn't walk on the water until he got out of the boat!*

Amen!
Thanks, Ed. It's true: He's often waiting on us.
He knows us better than we know ourselves.
Thank you, Reverend, for this extra post.
I hope to be able to read more in the coming days; but I have a jury summons for criminal court. I do hope I don't get picked. Sorry, but there it is, haha!
God bless. :)
I was think I was given something very similar in prayer this morning Reverend. Thanks for posting!
Linda, that's very true; you're welcome. And may the jury selection go the way you wish.
TB, thank you for that confirmation. You're welcome!
