The Enemy Is Attempting to Change Your View
I HEARD THE LORD SAY “PRAY IN THE SPIRIT AND PRAY THE WORD FOR THE ENEMY IS ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE YOUR VIEW”by Lana Vawser Ministries |
This week I had a vision and I saw many in the body of Christ looking through what looked like 'viewfinders'. These viewfinders looked like ones children use and you push the lever on the side and what you see changes. I watched as the enemy was prowling through the body of Christ and he was coming against many that were feeling defeated, tired, and downtrodden and they felt like they were losing their 'fight'. I saw the enemy come slithering up alongside them and he began to press the lever and the view would change. The picture they were seeing was then not the accurate one. I then heard the Lord say "Pray in the spirit and pray the Word for the enemy is attempting to change your view."
As God's people prayed in the spirit and prayed the Word of God I saw the kids viewfinders turn to telescopes. The Lord was speaking about an upgrade of sight and prophetic vision of what is to come. In the praying in the spirit and praying the Word was a covering and shelter upon them to stop the enemy coming and changing the scene.
I heard the Lord say "The enemy is tampering with vision. It is very important right now to be asking for wisdom (James 1:5) and discernment for the enemy is coming against many of My people in such 'sly' ways to 'change the vision' and 'change the scene'. There is an unprecedented upgrade in heavenly wisdom, insight, and understanding and the enemy is attempting to 'change the scene', to cause My people to despair, to cause My people to feel hopeless, discouraged, and feel weighed down. For this is the hour that I am awakening My people to the POWER of My PROPHETIC VOICE. This Is the hour where I am awakening My people to My power that they walk in when they are walking in heavenly vision, wisdom, and strategy. The enemy is working hard to bring confusion and heaviness against My people and cause such deep despair that they lose hope in the vision I have given them. But I say unto you My people, pray in the Spirit and pray My Word and watch the enemy flee. The enemy is attempting to lull you back to sleep with deceptive scenes that are not from Me and are opposite to the Rhema words that I am speaking into your life for your life, for your cities and nations. You MUST remain awake and diligent and vigilant in praying in the Spirit and praying My Word."
THE SCROLLS FROM HEAVEN THAT CHANGE THE LANDSCAPE AND CHANGE YOU FOREVER
The Lord showed me that many that are being assaulted by this constant assault from the enemy 'changing the scenery' through his lies, his confusion, his deception to keep the Church asleep, without a voice, and hidden in the shadows. The Lord showed me that the enemy is wanting the people of God walking around confused and living reactionary and on the defense rather than the offense.
I had a vision and the Lord began to show me that this is such a significant time right now, especially leading up to Rosh Hashanah. There are scrolls from heaven that the Lord Is releasing that contain insight, revelatory understanding, and wisdom for the new Hebrew Year and this era that contains such strategy and specifics of the Lord's intentions that as God's people receive, embrace and obey what is written on these scrolls that there will be significant shifting of landscapes as we know it, and the revelation contained within these scrolls is so deep, the mysteries of God (Daniel 2:22) so profound that engaging with the Holy Spirit in 'eating' these scrolls will bring incredible transformation to God's people. I watched as boldness filled God's people in the revelation of what the Lord had spoken and written upon the scrolls. I watched as God's people were full of vision, clarity, and insight. I watched as the fear that had muzzled them and the haze of confusion suddenly broke off and a conviction of the word of the Lord burned deeply within them.
The Lord spoke again "What is contained on many of these scrolls is for NATIONS. As these scrolls are received, as they pray, intercede, and decree what I have written on these scrolls, and as they release and obey the strategy I am releasing in My wisdom, it will change the TERRAIN of NATIONS." The sense then surrounded me SO strongly of Habakkuk 2:14 "For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea." (ESV)
RECEIVING THESE SCROLLS WILL CHALLENGE AREAS OF UNBELIEF AND IGNITE NEW LEVELS OF FAITH
The Lord showed me that these scrolls will EXPOSE and CHALLENGE areas of unbelief in hearts. There is an invitation contained within these scrolls to partner with heavenly wisdom and heavenly VISION. In the exposing and challenging areas of unbelief in the heart, repent and align yourself with what the Lord is speaking and what He is revealing, will ignite new levels of faith in God's people and the invitation will be weightier than it has been to 'live from your seat' (Ephesians 2:6). It is IMPERATIVE to embrace and align with what the Lord reveals on these scrolls. It is time for the body of Christ to align in greater ways with the Word of God, His wisdom and what He is speaking (Matthew 4:4)
The Lord is going to demonstrate the POWER of His prophetic voice in this hour and He is looking for those who are not living on the ground and living in the natural realm, He is looking for those who are living from their seat and will take Him at His Word no matter what it looks like or what the cost. The Lord wants all to receive these scrolls He is releasing in this new era, but pride, opinion, presumption, and assumption, will hinder many from receiving these scrolls. It those that are walking in humility, purity, tenderness of heart towards the Lord, truly friends of God that are going to be the ones that will carry and operate in the wisdom contained on these scrolls.
The enemy is fighting many hard right now to 'confuse' vision and change the 'view' because there is a significant increase of heavenly vision, wisdom, and clarity upon God's people that are positioned, asking, and waiting for it. (Proverbs 8:34-35 TPT) Keep praying in the Spirit and pray His Word and watch the enemy flee.

O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
Romans 11:33 KJV
Have you ever come on anything quite like this extravagant generosity of God, this deep, deep wisdom? It’s way over our heads. We’ll never figure it out. Is there anyone around who can explain God? Anyone smart enough to tell him what to do? Anyone who has done him such a huge favor that God has to ask his advice? Everything comes from him; everything happens through him; everything ends up in him. Always glory! Always praise! Yes. Yes. Yes.

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
1 Corinthians 2:9 KJV
We, of course, have plenty of wisdom to pass on to you once you get your feet on firm spiritual ground, but it’s not popular wisdom, the fashionable wisdom of high-priced experts that will be out-of-date in a year or so. God’s wisdom is something mysterious that goes deep into the interior of his purposes. You don’t find it lying around on the surface. It’s not the latest message, but more like the oldest—what God determined as the way to bring out his best in us, long before we ever arrived on the scene. The experts of our day haven’t a clue about what this eternal plan is. If they had, they wouldn’t have killed the Master of the God-designed life on a cross. That’s why we have this Scripture text: No one’s ever seen or heard anything like this, Never so much as imagined anything quite like it— what God has arranged for those who love him. But you’ve seen and heard it because God by his Spirit has brought it all out into the open before you.

God's Word for Monday, 9/16/19
Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
James 3:13 KJV
Do you want to be counted wise, to build a reputation for wisdom? Here’s what you do: Live well, live wisely, live humbly. It’s the way you live, not the way you talk, that counts. Mean-spirited ambition isn’t wisdom. Boasting that you are wise isn’t wisdom. Twisting the truth to make yourselves sound wise isn’t wisdom. It’s the furthest thing from wisdom—it’s animal cunning, devilish conniving. Whenever you’re trying to look better than others or get the better of others, things fall apart and everyone ends up at the others’ throats.

Post #7,100: God's Word for Saturday, 8/3/19
Many chores needing attention today: some big, and some not so much. As always, start with the small jobs and work one's way up.
A very interesting take on Election 2020 which I highly recommend:

And regarding those politics and "professional" politicians...
But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.1 Samuel 16:7 KJV
But God told Samuel, “Looks aren’t everything. Don’t be impressed with his looks and stature. I’ve already eliminated him. God judges persons differently than humans do. Men and women look at the face; God looks into the heart.”

Statement:
For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
Colossians 2:9-10 KJVCommentary:
Watch out for people who try to dazzle you with big words and intellectual double-talk. They want to drag you off into endless arguments that never amount to anything. They spread their ideas through the empty traditions of human beings and the empty superstitions of spirit beings. But that’s not the way of Christ. Everything of God gets expressed in him, so you can see and hear him clearly. You don’t need a telescope, a microscope, or a horoscope to realize the fullness of Christ, and the emptiness of the universe without him. When you come to him, that fullness comes together for you, too. His power extends over everything.

God's Word for Tuesday, 6/11/19, With My Commentary
“… for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there
is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times
the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do
all my pleasure: calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth
my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to
pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.”
(Isaiah 46:9-11 KJV)
My commentary:
People like to talk. We talk to each other and to ourselves. We talk about the weather, politics, religion, current affairs, the news, and other people. We talk about memories, making comparisons to today. And most of all, we like to talk about our plans for the future.
But what do we know about the future? Almost nothing at all,
of course.
And yet people love to try and predict what lies ahead. Sure,
we can guess what things will be like in a few hours or days, or even a few
weeks. But let’s be honest: the farther ahead we try to look, the less certain
our guesses become.
Anyone who tries to tell us with certainty about future
events is usually regarded as a crackpot.
It’s easier to guess about future developments or inventions
if we don’t tie them to a particular date. If we do mention a future
date, it’s impossible to accurately say what will actually happen at that time.
Yet everyone wants to know what the future holds; we all want to know what’s
going to happen.
There is one source of future information, and it has been
proven over and over to be 100 per cent accurate. You probably know the book of
which I speak, and it’s called the Holy Bible.
The Bible is the only religious text which includes prophecies,
many of which were set down in writing thousands of years ago. And yet every
one which concerns dates and events in our past has been shown to be accurate.
Jesus’ disciples were men just like us, as far as human
nature goes. They wanted to know if He came to overthrow the Roman occupation
and set up a new kingdom. They didn’t understand the different prophecies in
what we call the Old Testament about what the Messiah would do. The Scriptures
refer to a suffering Messiah, and also to a victorious Messiah. Not even the learned
scholars of that era rightly discerned the differences.
But even after His disciples understood that He wasn’t here
to gather an army and fight the Romans, they still wanted to know about the
future. Jesus spoke often about things which were still to come, but that wasn’t
specific enough for them.
“Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the
sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?” (Matthew 24:3 KJV)
Jesus then told them of a sweeping vista of future events as
humankind becomes more and more callous and sinful, culminating in God suddenly
rescuing His people from the coming troubles and taking us to be with Him
(verse 31).
But notice that even He did not specify a date: “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels
of heaven, but my Father only.” (v. 36)
He went on to talk about specific conditions which would
precede this catching away of the body of believers, and in those conditions we
can easily see the modern world already fitting into the pattern.
“For as in the days that were before
the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until
the day that Noah entered into the ark, and knew not until the flood came, and
took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
“Then shall two be in the field; the
one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the
mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Watch therefore: for ye know
not what hour your Lord doth come.
“But know this, that if the goodman
of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have
watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye
also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.” (verses
38 – 44)
What then are we to do, to prepare? Be ready, be prayerful,
and keep yourself in right standing with God. Jesus said that if we are to be
ready, we must be as “a faithful and wise servant” (verse
45) in constant preparation for our Master’s return.
We must be overcomers: “Remember
therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If
therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt
not know what hour I will come upon thee ... He that overcometh, the same shall
be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book
of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.” (Revelation
3:3,5)
So what is the purpose of Biblical prophecy? To instruct us
about things to come, and point the way toward the things we need to know, to
be successful followers of our Lord Jesus.
Or, in other words:

God's Word for Monday, 6/3/19 (plus commentary)
A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.
Proverbs 15:1 KJV
A gentle response defuses anger, but a sharp tongue kindles a temper-fire.
Proverbs 15:1 MSGDon't let the hotheads, the deliberately provocative, intentionally argumentative people of the world ignite an angry response. They try to provoke you, but remember that when you argue with an ignorant person, they'll drag you down to their level. They'll beat you, because they have far more experience at that level than you have.
Don't let them trigger your anger; keep your head, and temper your response. If you must respond, do so in kindness and love. Say as little as possible, refusing to provide them with any ammunition to use against you.
Remember Whose you are, and what He has entrusted to you. As His representative, let your words be soft and loving.
Don't play their game.

God's Word for Wednesday, 7/25/18
Thou art my portion, O Lord: I have said that I would keep thy words. I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word. I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies. I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten thy law. At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments. I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.
The earth, O Lord, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.
Psalm 119:57-64 KJV
Because you have satisfied me, God, I promise to do everything you say. I beg you from the bottom of my heart: smile, be gracious to me just as you promised. When I took a long, careful look at your ways, I got my feet back on the trail you blazed. I was up at once, didn’t drag my feet, was quick to follow your orders. The wicked hemmed me in—there was no way out— but not for a minute did I forget your plan for me. I get up in the middle of the night to thank you; your decisions are so right, so true—I can’t wait till morning! I’m a friend and companion of all who fear you, of those committed to living by your rules. Your love, God, fills the earth! Train me to live by your counsel.

God's Word for 2/22/18: What Should We Do?
As a minister of the Gospel, I'm occasionally asked for advice or counsel. Recently, there were a couple of e-mails asking about 2018, or whether I have any special insight for what's coming up.
Why, yes; I'm glad you asked.
That insight is to ask what God has said. Here's what Jesus told His disciples:
With a promise like that, what do we have to worry about?
Why, yes; I'm glad you asked.
That insight is to ask what God has said. Here's what Jesus told His disciples:
In prayer there is a connection between what God does and what you do. You can’t get forgiveness from God, for instance, without also forgiving others. If you refuse to do your part, you cut yourself off from God’s part.
When you practice some appetite-denying discipline to better concentrate on God, don’t make a production out of it. It might turn you into a small-time celebrity but it won’t make you a saint. If you ‘go into training’ inwardly, act normal outwardly. Shampoo and comb your hair, brush your teeth, wash your face. God doesn’t require attention-getting devices. He won’t overlook what you are doing; he’ll reward you well.
Don’t hoard treasure down here where it gets eaten by moths and corroded by rust or—worse!—stolen by burglars. Stockpile treasure in heaven, where it’s safe from moth and rust and burglars. It’s obvious, isn’t it? The place where your treasure is, is the place you will most want to be, and end up being.
Your eyes are windows into your body. If you open your eyes wide in wonder and belief, your body fills up with light. If you live squinty-eyed in greed and distrust, your body is a dank cellar. If you pull the blinds on your windows, what a dark life you will have!
You can’t worship two gods at once. Loving one god, you’ll end up hating the other. Adoration of one feeds contempt for the other. You can’t worship God and Money both.
If you decide for God, living a life of God-worship, it follows that you don’t fuss about what’s on the table at mealtimes or whether the clothes in your closet are in fashion. There is far more to your life than the food you put in your stomach, more to your outer appearance than the clothes you hang on your body. Look at the birds, free and unfettered, not tied down to a job description, careless in the care of God. And you count far more to him than birds.
Has anyone by fussing in front of the mirror ever gotten taller by so much as an inch? All this time and money wasted on fashion—do you think it makes that much difference? Instead of looking at the fashions, walk out into the fields and look at the wildflowers. They never primp or shop, but have you ever seen color and design quite like it? The ten best-dressed men and women in the country look shabby alongside them.
If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers—most of which are never even seen—don’t you think he’ll attend to you, take pride in you, do his best for you? What I’m trying to do here is to get you to relax, to not be so preoccupied with getting, so you can respond to God’s giving. People who don’t know God and the way he works fuss over these things, but you know both God and how he works. Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don’t worry about missing out. You’ll find all your everyday human concerns will be met.
Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.
~ Matthew 6:14-34, The Message

Too Much Strife?
"Real wisdom, God’s wisdom, begins with a holy life and is characterized by getting along with others. It is gentle and reasonable, overflowing with mercy and blessings, not hot one day and cold the next, not two-faced. You can develop a healthy, robust community that lives right with God and enjoy its results only if you do the hard work of getting along with each other, treating each other with dignity and honor." ( James 3:17-18)
Want to have a peaceful day? Don't stir up strife. Don't speak harshly to co-workers, or customers. Speak the peace of God over your workplace, your home, even your car. Go out of your way to be an instrument of peace!
"If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." (Romans 12:18)
